MEET LEA LAFORTUNE

Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lea's journey into the design world was greatly inspired by her grandmother's love of color and a keen eye for detail. Lea's educational pursuit led her to Texas Christian University, where she studied interior design – developed her love of purple – and acquired a comprehensive understanding of the principles of design. She worked for reputable Dallas designers for many years, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable hands-on experience.

LaFortune Interiors was founded in 2022, and with over a decade of experience, Lea has a unique approach to interior design that centers around understanding and collaborating with clients. She can walk into a space and effortlessly visualize its potential, envisioning the perfect harmony of colors, textures, and furniture. Her design style is rooted in the elegance of traditional design with eclectic modern accents.

Lea lives in Dallas with her longhair dachshund, Baxter, who may have inspired the logo.
